How to update the availability of your listing

Editing the availability of your listing is easy. The two topics covered will be how to:

Mark your Listing as Unavailable

Update the Availability of your listing

Do this if:

• the Home as been rented for the rest of the year
• you don't want to receive any viewing requests or applications for now

1. Log into your Elev Host account by clicking this link
2. Go to the Listings tab
3. Click on the listing you want to update
4. Click on the Available button and your listing will be marked as unavailable

Do this if:

• You listed the Home last year and it's now available again
• Your current tenant's lease changed (e.x. was extended)
• You need some time before your new tenants come in

1. Log into your Elev Host account by clicking this link
2. Go to the Listings tab

3. Click on the listing you want to update

4. Click the Edit button on the top right of the page

5. Scroll down to the Property Preview section and click on the Availability to change it.

6. Don't forget to click Save on the top right of the page.
